Outdoor family sessions are back! These fun family sessions embrace the outdoor colour of the Edmonton park area and showcase the personalities of your family. Lets run on the grass and have fun!

WIN a boudoir or glamour photography mini session fee for you and up to THREE friends at Blackbird Photography studio!
- Email a silly picture of you with your friends wearing mudmasks (I like the green ones!) and striking glamourous poses to info@blackbirdphotography.ca. with your contact information (name and phone number).
- MUST BE EMAILED BY DECEMBER 19.
- All images will be loaded onto a gallery and voted on. The one with the most votes by Wednesday December 21 wins!
Images will be posted online on Blackbird Photographys website and FB page. The image with the most likes or votes STARTING DECEMBER 19 by Monday Dec. 21 wins.
Prize entails:
- A mini photosession (photography only) for up to four participants, and three retouched 5x7s artprints per participant.

CONTEST #2 SHOW SOME LOVE CONTEST
This is a fun one! Go to Love your Bump Maternity in Spruce Grove (123 Macleod ave). (yup, physically go there). Try on a piece of clothing, and strike a pose or vogue in the window with the mannequin holding a handmade sign that says “I love www.blackbirdphotography.ca and Love your Bump Maternity.”
BEFORE December 12, post a photo of it to Blackbird Photography’s FB wall AND Love your Bump Maternitys wall. THEN email your contact information (name, phone number and email address) to info@blackbirdphotography.ca once this is done.
Love your Bump Maternity is Ladies wear store that specializes in maternity, but carries clothing that fits any bodysize and shape, pregnant or not. Participants will receive 10% off any purchase at their visit to Love your Bump Maternity that day as long as they pose and take the picture! Hurray!
Rules: Pictures must clearly show writing or printing on your handmade signs. Be creative! You must pose with the sign to receive the 10% discount that day at Love your Bump. Entrants must post image and email contact information before December 12, 2011. Once you post your images on the walls, please email your contact information to: info@blackbirdphotography.ca.

All Holiday Lifestyle sessions are extended sessions on location, and come with three metalart hanging ornaments of your chosen image (one for you and two for grandparents!).

Holiday Elegance Studio Sessions: ($450)

If you are planning on ordering product as a gift that must be shipped by you by a specific date (such as for holiday gifts out of province or country) please inform your photographer at the time of booking. Christmas cuttoffs are December 3. Some products such as canvas or metalart take longer to produce during the peak holiday season.
FALL OUTDOORS SESSION SALES (SEPTEMBER/OCTOBER) Edmonton family photographer
The most wonderful time of the year! Fall is almost here and so are my Fall session sales. Who knows when the leaves will turn, or if our famous wind will arrive and blow them all away in an hour? Fall is short but gorgeous in Alberta so lets enjoy it! These session sales are for OUTDOOR photography, valid September and October 2011 only, for individuals or families up to five. (Additional members please inquire!). Session sales include sitting fee.
It is free to include pets (I love pets!), please let me know at the time of booking so we can choose an appropriate location, such as an offleash park, depending on what kind of pet you own.
Outdoor Lifestyle Package: Falling for Fun ($150)
Your lifestyle session includes candid and posed photography, at an outdoor Edmonton park location. Lets go have fun outdoors while weather permits! Either as a single person glamour session, or a fun family outdoor memory session. Package includes a $50 credit for you to choose how to spend on any Blackbird Photography artprint product size (includes albums, canvas, metalart and folios).
- Includes sitting fee AND:
- $50 credit towards artprints, OR one 16×20 artprint.
Outdoor Lifestyle Package: The Art Package ($400)
Your lifestyle session includes candid and posed photography, at an outdoor Edmonton park location. Your chosen image from your proofs is produced onto actual metal surface ready to hang, a gorgeous metal wall print with scalloped edges, a stunning addition to any room. A matching hanging ornament is included as well. (Awesome tree ornament or gift for Grandma?)
- Includes sitting fee and;
- 12×12 Metal wall art AND metal ornament of favourite image
Session sale valid for outdoor sessions. Blackbird Photography shoots in ALMOST ANY weather unless it is colder than -10 degrees, is raining cats, dogs AND hamsters, or unsafe to do so. I have many umbrellas and love moody dramatic sky images: the most flattering light is cloudy and misty! I offer a complimentary 8×10 for any family/person willing to brave their session at sunrise after September 5 (especially since in the fall it arrives so late)!
All sessions require a $100 deposit to book, the remainder due at the time of the portrait session. Photosessions are available for Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Monday days. Sunset appointments are available upon advance request. Weekend appointments fill fast, so please book in advance.
